1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who accesses or uses the tkpk5 platform, including but not limited to the website at tkpk5.io, any associated mobile interfaces, and all services, games, and betting markets offered therein. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

Your continued use of the tkpk5 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tkpk5 will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform where reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The tkpk5 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By creating a tkpk5 account or placing any bet or wager, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The tkpk5 platform is designed and operated primarily for players residing in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using tkpk5 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. tkpk5 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside of those it actively serves.

2.3 Verification Procedures

tkpk5 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any user at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identification card (NID), passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure of the account. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unresolved verification may be voided if the account is subsequently found to be ineligible.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tkpk5 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if your information changes. Registering with false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tkpk5 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tkpk5 will never ask you for your password via any channel — any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All transactions and bets placed from your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. tkpk5 shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tkpk5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding genuine balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkpk5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit on the tkpk5 platform is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at tkpk5's discretion and may differ by payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkpk5 account balance within seconds of confirmed payment. In rare cases of network delay, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification prior to processing. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tkpk5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawals.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

tkpk5 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account will be returned, and the tkpk5 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by tkpk5 ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above will count towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in an account after the expiry date without the wagering requirement having been met will be automatically removed from the account without further notice.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

tkpk5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus from any user found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profit from promotional offers, or colluding with other users to circumvent bonus restrictions. tkpk5's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.5 Bonus Eligibility

Certain Bonuses may only be available to new users, users in specific geographic regions, or users who have not previously claimed a similar offer. Eligibility criteria will be disclosed in the relevant promotion details. tkpk5 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the tkpk5 platform are subject to acceptance by tkpk5. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the platform. tkpk5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market and event on which the bet was placed. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding settlement, tkpk5's determination of the outcome, based on official results from recognised sporting bodies, is final. For cricket markets, official results from the ICC, BCB, and relevant tournament governing bodies are used.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest error in displayed odds or game outcomes, tkpk5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users. tkpk5 is not liable for losses arising from a user's reliance on erroneous information displayed as a result of a technical fault.

6.4 Casino and Live Games

Casino and live dealer games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game rules are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and tkpk5's general rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for that specific game.

6.5 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. tkpk5 reserves the right to suspend or remove any in-play market at any time. All bets confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless void under Clause 6.3 above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkpk5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other users for the purpose of defrauding the platform or other users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or exploiting match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or manifest odds mistakes in the system for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial conduct contrary to applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tkpk5 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or compromise any part of the tkpk5 platform infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where you are a restricted person, or via a VPN or proxy service used to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

tkpk5's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited by applicable law.

The tkpk5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tkpk5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

tkpk5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkpk5 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible to tkpk5 staff in plain-text form. Player financial data is never stored directly on tkpk5 servers — all payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tkpk5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the tkpk5 platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, tkpk5 encourages users to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. tkpk5's decisions regarding bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out herein.
